Following a competitive tender process Clifford Constructions was selected to convert an old warehouse building into a modern, functional Baptist Church in Toongabbie, NSW.

KEY PROJECT FEATURES

• 2,700 sq m warehouse conversion with large entrance canopy
• 1,000 sq m carpark
• Over 45 tonne of structural steel & more than $180,000 glazing
• A post tension suspended concrete slab created the mezzanine
