KEY PROJECT FEATURES
This project includes the construction of 2 x 3 bedroom residential dwellings including kitchen, toilet, ensuite and enclosed garage.
Construction works are being undertaken within a fully operating retirement village environment.
Extensive communication and co-ordination is required with client and residents to ensure a minimal disruptive environment to existing residents.
A weekly site meeting is held with the Superintendent to discuss upcoming works/expected disruptions for the following weeks. A Weekly Activity Plan is prepared (see examples below). This is then communicated to all residents.
Sensitivity to neighbouring residents has been very important for this project as the constriction works are in very close proximity to neighbouring houses.
