PROJECT BRIEF

Alterations and additions to school administration building.

KEY PROJECT FEATURES

This construction project was completed within an operating school environment where teachers and students were in close proximity to the construction works.

Minimisation of noise, dust and anything that might create an inconvenience was critical to the successful operation of this project. Efficient and timely materials handling was important with limitations on site storage facilities and access.

The project included some demolition works and a multi storey extension to existing admin building. The new extension incorporated 2 additional high technology and interactive classrooms.

COMMENTARY
