Clifford Constructions was engaged by the client to deliver rectifcation works following the ending of the relationship with previous builder.

Clifford Constructions conducted an audit of exiting defects, prepared a master defect list and developed scope of works, programs and budget forecasts.

Examples of the works include:

• Replacing timber floors
• Redoing falls in bathrooms
• Bringing mechanical systems in line with current standards
• Replacing glass
• Liaising with multiple subbies and residents

Extensive communication with multiple residents has been required to arrange access and co-ordination of required works.
